CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policies and Fees:

Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the center’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Should you need to cancel within 24 hours, a fee of 30% of the service fee will be charged. If a same day cancellation is required, the fee will be 75% of the service price. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged the full service amount. A credit card will be required at the time of booking for each service.

 

Clients who book using a coupon or voucher will need to furnish voucher/coupon number at the time of booking. If there is a no call no show, the voucher or coupon will be redeemed.

 

We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an “on call” status and may have traveled specifically for your service.
